Straightforward. No hassle or pressure selling which would have resulted in my refusal to buy. Quick to respond and very understanding when we thought we had lost the scooter key and needed to claim. Equally quick and helpful when we cancelled the claim because the missing key turned up.the following day. We felt bad for wasting their time but we're not made to feel that way at all.
